1. Eligibility:
This campaign is open to car owners residing within the Tiruchirappalli (Trichy) city limits specified by the eligible pincodes. One free service is allowed per person, per car, per phone number, and per address during the campaign period.
2. Campaign Period:
The free cleaning service is available only from October 13th, 2025, to October 17th, 2025. Bookings are subject to daily slot availability.
3. Booking & Confirmation:
Slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis through this official campaign page. Your booking is considered reserved only after you fill the form. Final confirmation is completed by sending the pre-filled message via WhatsApp. Clenzzo is not responsible for booking failures due to technical issues.
4. Service Details:
The free service includes a professional exterior waterless car clean. Additional services are not included and may be availed at extra cost. The service will be conducted at the address provided during booking. Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
5. Data Privacy:
By participating, you consent to Clenzzo collecting your personal details (name, phone number, address, car details) for the purpose of scheduling and providing the service. We respect your privacy and will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
6. Right to Refuse Service:
Clenzzo reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle is in an unsafe condition, located in an inaccessible or unsafe area, or if the user provides false information or abuses the campaign offer.
7. General Conditions:
Clenzzo reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice. By booking a slot, you agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
